Yesterday, Jessica Schilling of Legacy Trust spoke with The WGVU Morning Show with Shelley Irwin regarding the ABLE Act.

Beginning in January, family and friends will have the option to open an ABLE savings account for an individual with a qualifying disability. These ABLE savings account funds can be used for education, housing, transportation, personal support services, health, financial, administrative and legal services and other approved expenses.
