Sabo PR, LLC has promoted Brian Greenleaf to senior associate.
Since joining the full-service communications firm in 2014, Greenleaf has taken on roles of increasingly responsibility with a broad range of clients, including East Grand Rapids, Aquinas College, Legacy Trust, Scott Group Studio, Children’s Healing Center and others. His expertise in marketing, graphic design and digital media have allowed Sabo PR to expand its service offerings and attract new clients.
“Over the last three years, Brian has taken on a true leadership role, both with clients and with our team,” said Mary Ann Sabo, president and founder of Sabo PR. “Whether he is implementing a new corporate communication strategy, creating a successful development campaign or handling a tense crisis situation, Brian has the skill and abilities to consistently hit home runs.
“In addition to being tremendously talented and exceptionally creative, Brian is also passionate about providing exceptional client service. He is one of the driving forces behind our growth, and I am incredibly fortunate to work with him and to learn from him daily.”
Sabo PR has grown nearly 50 percent since Greenleaf joined the firm, adding 30 new clients in its corporate, municipal, nonprofit and education practice groups. The firm has also significantly expanded its services, adding photography, videography, graphic design and event management to its suite of communication services.
Prior to joining the firm, Greenleaf worked in the nonprofit sector managing marketing and communications for a local human services agency. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from Grand Valley State University and remains actively engaged in promoting his alma mater.
Greenleaf serves as board chair of Families Through Adoption, a Grand Rapids nonprofit dedicated to helping families and children find one another. A native of the Upper Peninsula, he now calls the Heritage Hill neighborhood of Grand Rapids his home.
